I am aware that hockey involves inherent risks danger that can result in injury. For allowing my team or me as a player to participate in the Kingston International Youth Hockey Sports Fests (KIYHSF), I agree to the fullest extent possible by law to WAIVE all CLAIMS that I may have against the Kingston International Youth Hockey Sports Fests (KIYHSF) and its owners and affiliates, arising out of playing ice games.

Acceptance of this Team entry releases the Kingston International Youth Hockey Sports Fests (KIYHSF) and the City of Kingston, and their respective affiliates, employees, as well as the tournament supporters, staff, officials, and volunteers, from all demands, claims, costs, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death which may be suffered, directly or indirectly, by a Team player, Team coach, Team official or Team invitee (or any party claiming through any of them) howsoever arising in connection with participation in or attendance at the tournament.

Each team participating in this event understands and agrees that hockey presents physical dangers which may result in serious injuries and the team will not hold the Kingston International Youth Hockey Sports Fests (KIYHSF) officials, owners, employees, and the rink's staff LIABLE for injuries which the team may sustain while participating in any activities during this high school showcase.

I am also aware that the Kingston International Youth Hockey Sports Fests (KIYHSF) organization (or a third party engaged by our organization for such purpose) may take photographs and/or videos of Team members and staff while in or around the tournament arenas, ice rinks and in other social activities organized by our firm (or a third party engaged by Kingston International Youth Hockey Sports Fests (KIYHSF) for the purpose of promoting and/or marketing the tournament and/or NOT for resale purposes, without compensation other than allowing the Team to participate in without compensation other than allowing the team to participate in this tournament; and waive all rights (including intellectual property, copyright, and privacy) in connection therewith.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

1. I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above WAIVER LIABILITY Release conditions above and agree to be bound by their terms.
2. I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Rules and Regulations of the Kingston International Youth Hockey Sports Fests (KIYHSF) that can be found on this web site and have explained or will explain them to all players associated with the team I represent before the tournament date.
3. Being accepted at the Kingston International Youth Hockey Sports Fests (KIYHSF) MEANS that our team and/or players participating at the Kingston International Youth Hockey Sports Fests (KIYHSF) accept and agree that this electronically document that we have read will have the same force and effect in law as though it had been signed and delivered by me personally.
