The Direction of the Kingston International Youth Hockey Festival is pleased to accept team and individual player application.

HOCKEY FESTIVAL REGISTRATION FOR INDIVIDUAL PLAYER - Fee: $ 125
Join us and we will find you a team to play for. Please complete the form below and a payment web page will be displayed to make a payment through PayPal to reserve your spot. Read about the KYIHF cancellation policy.

TEAM REGISTRATION (Entry fee: $ 999; $50 reduction for each team if you register more than two (2) teams from the same organization). Submit one form per team. Please complete the form below and a payment web page will be displayed to make a payment through PayPal: $400 deposit - entrance fee (non-refundable) before April 10th, 2009 required to hold your spot; and a $599 final payment, due before May 15th, 2009?
