Team Registration

The Direction of the Kingston International Youth Hockey/Sports Festival is pleased to accept team application.

ICE HOCKEY TEAM REGISTRATION -Entry fee:  $ 950 Can. Submit one form per team.
Please complete the form below and a payment web page will be displayed to make a payment through PayPal or pay by cheque: $400 deposit - entrance fee (non-refundable) before March 1st for the 30 April-2 May 2010 weekend and April 10th, 2010 for the 2-4 July 2010 weekend required to hold your spot; and a $550 final payment, due 30 days before the date of the event?  Some levels filled quickly, so PLEASE try to book early to avoid disappointment.

Complétez la fiche d'inscription du tournoi ci-dessous et une page Web s'affichera pour payer les frais d'inscription via PayPal ou encore payer par chèque: 400$ dépôt (non remboursable) pour garantir votre participation avant le 1 Mars 2010 pour le weekend 30 Avril-2 Mai 2010, et le 10 Avril 2010 pour le weekend 2-4 Juillet 2010; et un montant final de 550$ dû un mois avant la date de l'évènement.

The direction of the KIYHF puts considerable effort planning all particulars of this event including securing ice space, scheduling, and much more.
