CAMP PHILOSOPHY
Excellence Ringette, in collaboration with the Kingston International Youth Hockey & Sports Festival, is proud to offer a ringette day camp for ringette players in Kingston, Ontario. We will ensure that each participant has a valuable learning experience during the camp as well as the chance to meet new friends and have fun. Our training development program will offer in-depth & positive learning settings to enhance players' technical skills, physical fitness, and mental attitude to better play the game.

Players will be constantly LEARNING at our camp focusing on developing the thought process of a player through practice, mental skills activities, competition, workouts, and interaction with our experienced instructors. Players will leave our camp with an attention to detail and mental focus that will help push them to new heights in their winter season. Our intent is to develop the competitive mindset of the player and prepare them for higher competition level while always building these qualities on a foundation of fun and love for the game. 

We will offer a safe and caring environment that allows all of our participants to maintain their dignity and enjoy their camp regardless of their ringette experience or ability. Although involved in competitive situations with and against each other, there will be sense of family and team that is pervasive within the camp. Older campers often look out for younger campers as if they were their own siblings.

CAMP PROGRAM
ALL STAR PROGRAM for Novice and Petite/Atome B, C players - Born in 1999-2001;

HOT SHOTS PROGRAM for Petite/Atome A/AA & Tween/Benjamine B, C  – Born in 1998-1996;  &

ELITE PROGRAM for Tween/Benjamine A/AA  & Junior A/AA – Born in 1997-1995.

INSTRUCTORS are from Excellence Ringette (ExcellenceRinguette.com/5.html) that specializes in ringette skills clinics, elite camp, sports etudes, and professional development sessions.

CAMP REGISTRATION INFO 

  • Ringette Camp Fee for All Star & Hot Shot Programs : $ 150 + 13% Combined Tax ($169.50 total) includes a T-shirt, all snacks & lunches.
  • Ringette Camp Fee for Elite Programs: $ 185 + 13% Combined Tax ($209.50 total) includes a T-shirt, all snacks & all lunches.
  • $69.50 non refundable deposit is due with the application to reserve your spot; and the remainder is due before May 15, 2010.
  • You will receive a medical information form after you register your child to be completed and to be returned before the first day of the camp.
  • For campers who need to stay overnight with meals included, please contact us and we will provide you with more info about the additional costs for dorms and meals.
