All teams should stay at an authorized Kingston International Youth Hockey/Sports Festival hotel as they are key supporters of this event. Thank you in advance for your collaboration.

Please proceed with the following instructions to reserve rooms for your team:

1. You need to pay your tournament registration entry fee before making reservations.
2. You can download, complete, and send by email the document Team Rooming List to accelerate the reservation process.
3. Our staff will contact you to book the hotel with a preferred rate negotiated.

Although it is early, please proceed at your earliest possible convenience because reservations are based on availability, Kingston being a tourism city, the rooms will go in a hurry.

For parents/friends who will arrive early and need accommodation, please contact us to receive the negotiated group rate as we will be happy to serve you. Hotels will give you the negotiated rate for early arrival.
